Lucelly grew up in Miami and graduated with honors from the University of Florida, earning a B.S. in Psychology and a B.A. in Criminology. She went on to graduate from Indiana University School of Law, where she was business editor of the Indiana Journal of Global Legal Studies and president of the Latino Law Student Association. She was admitted to The Florida Bar in 2005.

Lucelly’s areas of emphasis are estate planning and administration, and business and tax planning.

Lucelly is fluent in English and Spanish.
