Born in Fairfax, VA, Tim grew up in Connecticut and moved to South Florida in 2001. Upon graduating from The College of Charleston with a B.S. in Business Administration, he attended Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad Law Center, where he earned a J.D. cum laude. He then went on to earn an LL.M. in Taxation from the Levin College of Law at the University of Florida.
Tim’s area of concentration encompasses criminal tax law, tax controversies, federal and state tax litigation, business planning, entity creation, the sale and purchase of businesses, and probate matters.
He resides in Coconut Grove.
